Chef Gil Dahan renovated Cena restaurant is a modern Israeli restaurant, based on French cooking techniques with an emphasis on the use of seasonal vegetables. The food menu is accompanied by a rich selection of wines and alcoholic beverages from across Europe and Israel.

The Italian restaurant bar arrived at Brown Eilat all the way from Tel Aviv. Get ready for a perfect hang out, starting from a sweet cocktail to a complete meal in a happy, sexy and casual atmosphere. The menu draws The chef's inspiration from the exciting kitchens of the region of southern Italy close to North Africa: from Naples through Sardinia and up to Tunisia.
Like our cocktails, our wine menu is centered on the same geographic region and includes a carefully chosen selection of Israeli and Italian wines.

KILOMETRAGE
Kilometrage is a contemporary Israeli restaurant, which works with local raw materials, seizing the country's seasons, holidays and occasions.
Kilometrage's menu expresses the unique Israeli mosaic, as Boushari experienced it, but is also strongly influenced by its location: The ocean being right in front, the Carmel market behind, and the Hasan Bek Mosque to its side. Fish, vegetables, Mediterranean-Levantine cuisine, fresh, seasonal and at eye level. The hot and delightful food of Kilometrage will be accompanied by local cocktails and a large selection of Israeli wines to be served by the glass.
*Most of the menu consists of local and seasonal ingredients, therefore changes to the dishes could be made accordingly.

Méli-Mélo
Méli-Mélo is a culinary dance bar, owned by the OTH Group, offering a sexy entertainment experience, on the roof of Hôtel BoBo. In the heart of the urban space and inspired by bohemian-bourgeois chic, stand two long bars, and a luxurious chandelier descends from the all-exposed industrial concrete ceiling. The fun at Méli-Mélo ("Mish-Mesh" in French; i.e .: both, mix) begins at 7 in the evening, and at 10 o'clock, the lights dim, the volume goes up and the vibe warms up. At midnight, feel free to get on the tables and start dancing - come on, Moab.

The kosher breakfast at the Lighthouse Hotel is served on the fifth floor with an outdoor sun terrace with a perfect Tel Aviv view overlooking the sea.
