Allow us to share with you the measures we have taken so that your hospitality experience will remain warm and cozy, to the standards of the Brown Hotels Collection, but also impeccably secure. Our hotel is certified with "Health First", for following the Health & Safety Protocols issued by the Greek Ministry of Tourism.

 

Our check-in procedure has been modified so that every transaction is as contactless as possible, cashless payments are encouraged, while we have placed signs at the entrance to remind you of retaining the appropriate security distance. Check in time is set to 15:00 and check out time to 11:00, according to the health security regulations. Any non-residents visiting the premises are not allowed to enter hotel rooms.

 

Upon entering the hotel, you will find sanitizers and face masks while a plexiglass protector is installed on the reception for your security. All our team members wear a mask and have been vaccinated at least with the first shot; those who haven’t completed the full range of vaccination yet, (2 shots +15days) are tested twice per week. The reception team is specially trained to assist you with any questions you might have during your stay.

 

Every surface in our common areas and elevators is sanitized regularly. Our rooms are thoroughly disinfected using alcohol and approved disinfectants and aired naturally between stays. Any decorative cushions and throws have been removed from the guest rooms while all remote controls (a/c, tablet, TV) and all room key cards are being disinfected on every departure. You will find single-use antiseptic tissues in all the guest rooms, for your convenience. Our housekeeping team wears gloves when handling the surfaces of your rooms.

 

Also, our hotel has a first aid kit available, and is in cooperation with “Kentriki Kliniki Athinon” in case of suspected/confirmed Covid19 case.

 

All of our menu options are being prepared and handled by our experienced kitchen, following additional health protocols. During the serving of our breakfast, atomic portions are used when possible (cereals, butter, margarine, jams, spreads). Naturally, you will find single use plastic gloves and disinfectants right beside the buffet. Each table bears antiseptic gel and single-use disposable placemats. Should you wish so, your meal will be served in the comfort of your room.
